熱軋輥因為(wèi)其特殊的設計結構而具有較高的強度，韌性和耐熱性。用于高密實度的塑料闆材片材成型和無紡布加熱複合。

選用優質合金(jīn)鋼 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo 等作(zuò)為(wèi)本體(tǐ)材料，經機械加工、熱處理(lǐ)成型，表面硬度可達 HRC58 ～ 62。内膽螺旋式和周邊鑽孔兩種設計結構，采用内部安裝螺旋内膽或輥體(tǐ)周邊鑽孔循環引導熱油，使輥面兩端溫差更小，熱效率更高。

Hot Mill Roller have superior strength、tenacity and heat resistance due to the special design structure. The roller can be used in high density plastic plate and sheet forming and non-woven fabric heat compounding.

The roller body select super quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo etc. The surface hardness can be reached HRC58-62 after the machining and heat treatment.

The roller inside structure design as spiral channel and circum drilling hole,the temperature difference between double sides of the roller will be smaller and the thermal efficiency will be higher.
